I started this site as a resource center for health, fitness,
nutrition and helping people with P90x and Insanity. If anyone is
interested in learning about any of these things, please contact me and I will show you the way!
Chances are, if you found this site, you
were looking for some advice around P90x, Insanity, or healthy eating
tips. If you saw one of the Beachbody infomercials and want to order,
here is why you should be talking to me:

you order straight through the website, you get a randomly assigned
coach that may or may not pay attention to you. They might not have
experience with the program that you are looking to buy . If you sign up through me, you get my personal contact information, and I will make sure you have all the support you need, including my whole TEAM
I am part of TEAM RAGE
, and we all support and motivate each other. Whether its nutrition,
tips, hybrid workouts, or just plain fun, we do it all in our
community. Check it out, look for my posts, and you will know that you
will get a coach that can support you through all of your goals
